I'm not a food photographer and don't have time to always take a picture of the easy recipes I want to share with you. So for now, here is where I am going to keep the collection of recipes until they are lucky enough to have a picture and a post of their own. Check back often for more!

Spicy Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients:
​
1 box spaghetti, cooked
10oz Rotel
8oz Sour Cream
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1 can chicken (or shredded)
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
​
1. Combine all except the cheese.
​
2. Place in square cooking dish.
​
3. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.
​
4. Before serving, add parmesan.

Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients:
​
Small package of Doritos, crushed
15oz Canned Chili
15oz can Enchilada Sauce
8oz Tomato Sauce
2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1.5lb ground beef, cooked
8oz Sour Cream
Directions:
​
1. Reserve 1 c. Doritos.
2. Combine the rest.
3. Bake uncovered 375 for 30 minutes.
4. Remove cover, spread top with sour cream, remaining Doritos, and cheese.
5. Bake 5 minutes.
6. Serve with sour cream, lettuce, chips, salsa, etc.

Runza Casserole

Ingredients:
​
2 cans crescent rolls
1.5 ground beef, cooked
1 bag coleslaw
2 cans cream of mushroom
8 American cheese slices
Directions:
​
1. Lay out 1 can of rolls on the bottom of greased pan. Bake 350 for 5 minutes.
2. After cooking beef, add coleslaw and let it cook down.
3. Add cream of mushroom.
4. Pour mixture over crescent rolls.
5. Add cheese slices.
6. Lay out the other can of rolls on top of the cheese slices.
7. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.

Forgotten Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken breasts
2 cups Minute rice
1 pkg Onion Soup mix
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of celery
1 can water
Directions:
​
1. Mix together cream ofs, water, and rice. Pour into buttered dish.
​
2. Lay chicken breasts on top.
​
3. Bake covered 250 for 3 hours OR 350 for 2.5 hours.

Hot Dog Bun Pizzas

Ingredients:
​
Hot Dog Buns
Pizza Sauce
Pepperonis
Mozzerella Cheese
Any other pizza toppings
Directions:
​
1. Open hot dog buns
2. Spread pizza sauce on both sides.
3. Add pepperoni, cheese, and any toppings you wish.
4. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

Ham + Cheese Crescent Rollups

Ingredients:
​
1-2 cans crescent rolls
          (or dough sheet)
Your choice of ham
Your choice of cheese
​
Directions:
​
1. Lay dough out flat. Cut into squares large enough to roll up.
2. Place meat on the dough.
3. Place cheese on the meat.
4. Roll up.
5. Bake 350 for 8-10 minutes.
